It is designed to symbolize a luggage tag with the country abbreviation on the front, and nutritional facts on the back. Another element used are stamps that are typically on a tag after they go through arrival or departure, so the arrival tag has the flavor of the chocolate bar and the departure section on the back is a description of how that flavor connects back to the country.
